Room block and special group pricing will be honored until Thursday, May 19, 2016. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Reservation Method: 

Individuals will be responsible for making their own reservations.  Upon identifying themselves with the group, they will be given the negotiated group rate.  Reservation requests received after above cut-off date will be subject to availability and prevailing rates.

Individual Cancellation Policy:

Guaranteed reservations will be charged one night’s room & tax if reservation is not cancelled by 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Cancellations caused by acts of God, war, disaster, or civil disaster are not subject to cancellation fees.  

Guest Room Payment:  

Individuals will be responsible for payment of all guest room charges upon check-in.

Shuttle Service:

The shuttle service at the Holiday Inn Meridian is complimentary to guests of Holiday Inn and will run (both drop-offs and pick-ups) on every even hour (10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, etc.).  We offer local shuttle runs to businesses within 5 miles of the hotel (we will not transport guests to residences). Conference shuttle service will be pre-arranged with our Sales Department to accommodate the group’s conference schedule.
